Terms of Sale

These terms apply to your purchase of Pigeon Pedigree Manager Pro. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and End User Licence Agreement.

1. Who you are buying from

2. Products and prices

Our plans and prices:

• Monthly: R65/month.
• Annual: R570/year.
• Lifetime: R2,700 once-off.

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.

Any US dollar or euro amounts shown on our website are approximate conversions provided for convenience only. You are always charged in ZAR; the exact amount in your own currency depends on your bank's exchange rate and any fees it applies.

3. What a purchase grants

A licence to use Pigeon Pedigree Manager Pro on up to 2 of your own computers, on the terms of the End User Licence Agreement. Subscriptions include updates released during the paid period. A lifetime licence is a once-off purchase for the version line you buy.

4. Payment and billing

Payments are processed by Payfast. Monthly and annual plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the then-current price until you cancel. You authorise Payfast to charge your chosen method each cycle until cancellation.

5. Delivery

Delivery is electronic and immediate: your licence key is shown on screen after payment and emailed to you, and a purchase started from inside the app activates automatically.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a subscription at any time. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations, the 14-day goodwill window and faulty-software refunds work.

7. If a subscription lapses

If a subscription payment cannot be collected, the app keeps working through a 14-day grace period and then becomes read-only until payment resumes. Your data is never deleted and always remains exportable.

8. Warranties and liability

The software is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
